The
client did not want a main contractor who knew nothing about catering to
take our design and cut it about to improve their bottom line. The
catering areas were taken out of the main construction package and
controlled by
CDIS-KARM,
these included breakout areas in the offices, a coffee shop and the main
kitchen/servery areas. The only input was from the architects to do with
the finishes.
